6mm 105/108 thick vs regular

I've been working up loads on my new 6brdx and using Berger 105 bt's and 108 bt's. When reordering I'm finding that the "thick" Bergers are in place of the old regulars.

What experience in loads has anyone experienced?,up .2, down .2 or??). Gun shoots great with the old ones and don't know how the "thick" are going to effect these loads.

I've got a 600 yard match coming up so I don't have a lot of time playing with new loads.

thanks for help

Bob

Bob,

I can't speak for the 105's, but the 108 "thick" load exactly the same as the old ones for me. They are just as accurate as the old ones. I haven't had a chance to chrono the thicks, but I'll post results soon..

Also waiting to see results of the 108 gr Berger. I ordered some but to date have only used the 105vld's which were ok but the 90 gr bt's did better yet, but I want the heavier bullet for out to 600 yds.

Chris,
I haven't shot the 108's yet, but if they work out I'll pm you & see if you still have them.
