I have another cal. to consider i have a 6/284 on a remington 40x shoots very wheel 88gr burger varmit going 3400 should get lighter bullets much faster shoots under 2.0 at 400yd with a worn barrel and bullets jumping over .120 to lands planning a rebarrel probably a broughton 5r

The 243 SuperRockChucker is a super performer. You have to try it. talk about flat shooting. WOW.... I have shot our 4 barrels worth of that case and have two more new ones ready to go. That is the down side 1200 rounds until the groups open up. Molly really helps. I used 25/06 load data to start out. I use Win. 25/06 brass through FL die, with no fire forming needed. I have also used 30/06 Lapua run through a 270 die than rock chucker dies on problem. Have to trim some times. The barrels has a 1-10 or 1-8 barrel twist depending on bullet choice. My favorite load is with IMR 4350 for a 85 gr Seirra Gameking and 70gr Matchkings (too fast)also H4350. Lately I have been shooting 90 Bergers great results. Ground hogs at 1300 yds no problem. 85gr Ganeking great on dear out to 500yds. don't have my load date handy.e if you want more.
