6mm-06 115 vld hunter velocities?

I've been trying 115 hunting vids in a 6mm-06 28" benchmark 7 twist Palma barrel. I've tried n165, n170 h1000, ramshot magnum, ramshot lrt, and h4831sc. All I can manage to get is right at 3100fps. Which is fine but I can push 105 hybrids & 110 atips to around 3300fps. My question this: is it unusual for 115 hunting vlds to be 200 fps slower than 105s & 110s in the same gun & cartridge?

FWIW, those are about the same velocities I get out of similar weight projectiles from my 700 Sendaro in 25-06. I get around 3000 fps from 115gr NBT, around 3200 from 100gr partitions, and 3800 fps from 85gr NBT.

What powder were you using with the 115 ?

H4831sc, and it shot lights out for me. Winchester used to sell a coated version of the 115gr BT that they called a silver tip. It had a black coating with a light grey polymer tip. That bullet shot the best for me, and by best I mean that ragged 1 hole groups at 200 yards were common. On a particular good day I noticed that I was always hitting exactly where I wanted so I stuck a few playing cards in my target (sideways) at 200 yds to see if I could cut one in half. It took about 7 shots, but I finally cut one in half with a single shot. 5 of them made contact, but the cards weren't perfectly parallel with me so I'd only cut through about half of the card's width. Made some really cool looking ribbons out of the removed card stock though
