Thanks that helps, I don't see any SW Precision Rifle data though.this is from various sources not my own....compiled to compare different 6mm offerings
Ahhh perfect, thank you so much!! I am running 115 DTAC in Hornady brass in a 25" barrel so it's not 1 to 1 comparison, but you have me a good starting point! Have you used Varget or H4350? How does SW Precision compare? I have never used Varget, all of my loads are with H4350 and I am getting good groups and speeds around 2860fps. But my ES is around 20fps and I want to get that down. I know the cartridge was developed for Varget and SW Precision is supposed to be very similar so I am going to try it.The first two screenshots are the first rounds out of both of these barrels. Keep that in mind, as the velocities may be low. Both are 30" tubes.

What bullet are you using?
I have hopes that the Long Rifle will prove useful. Its slower than Precision and Varget, just a little faster than H4350.
@Birddog6424 It's the next faster 'extruded' grade (Lovex SO-62 / SW 'Precision') that is very close to 4064. In the days of Accurate Arms Co. as an independent outfit (pre Western Powders), it was sold both in the US and here in the UK as 'Accurate Arms 4064' because they are so similar. Today's Western Powders 'Accurate-4064' is a different product made in Canada.
The old pre-Western Accurate Arms 2520 is a double-based ball powder still in production that you guys know as SW 'Match Rifle' and we know in Europe as Lovex DO-73.6. Today's 'Accurate-2520' (from Western) is either made by Eurenco P B Clermont in Belgium like Ramshot powders or by General Dynamics St. Marks Powder Co in Florida which makes Winchester and Hodgdon ball/spherical grades, and gives similar performance, but again isn't the same thing as the Czech made stuff.
I'm not a great fan of the Lovex ball grades, but the 'SO' series of single-based stick grades are excellent performers and over here very good value for money.
