6brx

double g,
Neil Jones makes very good dies, also Bob Green makes 6brx dies,I have a Newlon 6brx die I am not sure who chambered it. None of the die makers are currently offering them to my knowledge. hope this helps.
Wayne.

the most useful dies i have are my 6mmbr redding competition dies. they are perfect for my 6mmbr, obviously. the shoulder angle of my 22br, 6mmbr ,6brx and 6x47 lapua are the same...30 degrees. change the bushing and i neck size the 22br. a .268 bushing sizes the necks on the 6mmbr.6brx and the 6x47 lapua. you have to adjust the locking ring for the change in case length for the 6x47 lapua. the body die pushes the shoulder back on the 22br, 6mmbr ,6brx ,and, yes, the 6x47 lapua. adjust the locking ring on the bullet seater and voila! the body die doesn't size the 6x47's body when pushing the shoulder back, which i like, and the cases chambers nicely. thes dies would also work for a 22brx or a 22x6x47 lapua.
if i can see you, i can touch you.BANG!

lpreddick,
I know you can use the standard 6br dies to load the 6brx, the op wanted to know where he could buy 6brx dies. I my self never like to change my dies once I have a load built, I leave them locked down until the throat wears enough I have to seat further out.I have reloaded for the 6brx using the 6br dies and a .308 body die and it absolutely works but now that I bought the 6brx die I don't have to monkey around with all that extra stuff, screw die in as usual ( no .100 shim) and size and load ;)

Where can a person find dies for 6brx

FWIW - I have had a large batch of 6mmBRX dies being made for some time and they will be available in a few weeks or so. As soon as they are available I will put them up on our website. The available dies will be a Redding Type S FL bushing sizing die and a Competition Seater.

Robert,
That is very good news indeed, There is nothing like a custom set of Neil Jones dies but many people are not willing or can't afford $350 for a set of them. The redding dies are very good and I am sure you will have a hard time keeping them in stock, I would like to speak for the first set and give them to my gunsmith as a gift as he is still using his 6br dies for the 6brx. Please contact me when they come in and I will send $
Thank you.

I`ll be watching this as well.

Tim,
What did you do sell me your only 6brx die? I am going to be laid up a while with surgery if you need to borrow it back your welcome to it, just let me know and I will load my son up enough for 2 or 3 matches and I will send it to you ;)

I can use what I have, the Redding has a feature I like and would try one of those Reddings.

I do thank you for the offer tho...
