6brx fireforming failure to fire

Wel I’m a sling shooter so take it for what it’s worth. I have been shooting the BRX for several years. I initially had some issues with failure to fire during FF. I don’t neck turn. I use a regular BR dies in my sizing. What I started doing was running my unformed brass over a 25 cal expander. My BR die is set to size the BRX so I then size down with that and create a good false shoulder. I then seat 107s about .020 into the lands. Usually us 30 grs of Varget. I fire form usually in a prone match and have shoot many cleans with this setup. I have not had any failures to fire I have done this with CCI 450s also without issue.

Now with your tight neck you have to turn, but like others have said, I would turn just to where the shoulder would be on the BRX formed brass. My jamming the bullet may be overkill but it works for me.
