6BRX and 9tw Hart

I have a 9tw Hart that is going to be finished at 28" just wondering if the 6BRX would be a better choice for 600yds than the 6br. I want to shoot the 80gr Fowlers, 88LD Bergers, and 95VLD Bergers. Thanks!

Hi,

The 80gr would do great in a standard BR. The 88LD and 95VLD can be shot around 3200-3250 with the BRX capacity. The 88LD likes 3250 in my 1:8" barrel, but the 95VLD does best around 3000. I would go with the BRX if you will be using the 80+88+95, or a standard BR if you plan to shoot ONLY the 80gr fowlers. 1:9 is perfect for the 88/95...
