6BRX 500m Fly Aussie pending national HG record

I'm glad i gave up on my 6BRA (dud barrel) and went back to my old 6BRX (now with 1700 rounds on it)
just shot over the weekend at our 500 meter (548yard) CF ( LG and HG) and 200 yard RF Fly Nationals

pulled this out in the HG 0.848 inches (it gone to be measured) with a score of 60.02 (only 2nd 60 score in 30yr they have been shooting the 500m fly)

the LG the day before i shot the smallest group also of 1.718 inches but i had 4 under an inch but wind backed off and out it went

Dual port panda F class action, McMillan F class stock, Jewell trigger, Krieger HV 1:7.5 twist 30 inch barrel, NF comp built by David Kerr , berger 105gr hybrids CCI450s and 2208/varget

Almost PERFECT conditions, I was RO for that string and watched the wind drop out to virtually nothing!!

That @mikecockcroft is such an ass. He never orders us up any decent weather. I think we should insist that he shoots the next one. I'm thinking maybe he'd do it for himself...

Lovely targets. I just wonder how long the old barrel will hang together for? I would loved to have got over your way for the Fly Nationals, but i'm still trying to get my gear working. Looking at your target I have more work to do.

yeah we had some great conditions , there was a little bit of wind and mirage but i'd class it as good
