Initial charge weight testing done @ + .015 from touch
1st 3 rows are all 3 shot groups in .1gr increments and bottom row is seating depth all 5 shots done in .002 increments from + .014 to + .006 at 29.4gr as 29.4 thru 29.7 seemed stable in the vertical

Looking good. I’d back out to longer range and continue refining. And maybe play around at 29.7 to see if that end is more consistent, unless you were testing in much cooler conditions than your expected competition.

This morning I uncovered a jug of H4895 lot # 5389. I am currently working on a 28” BRA / Krieger with 103 Vapors and 450 primers. Has anyone else used this lot for 1000 yard comp.

Looks good! Now you just have pick the correct load for match day.

1.843 seems like it’s perfect, with some room for erosion.

As for your charge, that’s going to vary.
