6br zero Free bore 13.5 twist kreiger bbl

I have a 1.250 straight 26 inch 6br bbl for sale. 13.5 twist 4 groove Kreiger. It was set up on a single shot Remington 700 with no recoil lug. I'm the original owner. Rick Hunycutt of Rick's Rifles chambered this bbl. I had this barrel made to shoot short range Br But once I got into the game I shortly found I wanted the ppc and 30br. So this barrel I figured one day I would rechamber it. It never happened. I got other bbls I'll be using in the future. I did shoot this fire formed a box of brass and shot a match. Its been I my safe since 2023.

There's no counterbore for the bolt. You sure it fits a 700?

Just bedded the action into the stock with JB weld. Like most other br actions are done. It just didn't use a recoil lug. To guarantee the recoil lug is only contacting the rear face and not touching the bottom of the stock takes a bit of effort if your doing all the bedding work yourself so it's easier to just not have it in there. Shooting 68g pills don't really move things much and traditionally most BR set ups don't use them. Least from my perspective. I just copied pasted something I had seen so to speak. I just Don't use a recoil lug on any Br rig I have. I guess it's also a preference thing too. Iv had problems in the past with them and by not having it. It solved my problem
