6BR Varmint Brass

When you guys need 500 pieces of 6BR brass for the purpose of varmint hunting do you buy the Lapua or save some money and buy another brand? All I've been able to find is Lapua brass (or Remington brass priced about the same) but that seems steep for brass that might get lost in the field.

For sure get the Lapua and just keep a eye on it in the field

Lapua - who's got time to fool with hundreds of rounds of Rem brass to bring it up to the same accuracy potential?
Just pull the ejector springs from your bolts so you don't have to hunt your brass in the dirt.

I take the ejector spring out, cut a turn off and put it back in, test, it should just drop the case next to the rifle, if not take another 1/2 turn off. and you can catch the case in your hand when pulling the bolt back.

Lapua for me. I just watch where they go. Most of the time I catch them as they come out.

Lapua for me. Heck I lose a couple every year but don't sweat the petty.
You might find some used Lapua that BR shooters are selling. It shows up from time to time in the classifieds.
