This is my first 6BR target firing 15 new Lapua Blue Box cases from a month ago. There could be other issues at play for sure, and I am working to nail those down. I used initially a .265 bushing, a Wilson seater, a speedy bushing/bump die. I did the last target using a .266 bushing, I think the ammo is reasonably concentric and my bench setup has worked well in PPC guise. The oddity with the BR is the longer heavy barrel, so the gun is less balanced but still seems to ride the bags ok. Loaded neck diameter is at .268, and I have shaved the barest amount off the neck for concentricity. - neck up, turn, resize .265, loaded to .268
The target attached was shot forming the new brass, first time fired with no known load preferences, so the charge was light and the projectile seated just at the lands. Conditions were favourable.
