6br shoulder bump

I have a 6br .272 neck lapua brass using RL-15 30gr #450 primer.
Seems after shooting just one time, the shoulder length grew about 4thou. There is no sign of pressure. I didn't think I would have to bump untill after shooting 2-3 times. Can anyone shed some light. Thanks in advance.

Why do you think you need to bump? Are you having trouble chambering the cases? You only bump when you need to do it.

Determine where the shoulder should be for best chambering and set your die to that dimension. Cases that need to be bumped will be bumped automatically, those that don't need it won't.

Your chamber may be a bit long. Bump them back a thou and shoot them again. Then measure the case. I bump after every firing. The brass is the same for every shot instead of getting tighter and tighter.

No, not having trouble chambering. Just thought I should bump before they grew too long. I thought that was alot to move in just one shot. I'll shoot them again & see if they move any further.
