6br shooting 80 to 107gr projectiles

Hi all i have a 6br with a 2 inch 1in8 twist barrle i have been shooting 105 to 107 projectiles in just seeing if anybody has shoot 80 to 95gr in there rifle with is twist rate and how much u would be jumping these bullets as the 105 are seated out a fair way

jmc,

When I had my 8-twist Shilen on the gun, I shot 80 grain Berger FB Varmints. They were just touching the lands, soft seating if you will, and the last 3 shots (of 2000!) went into a 0.077 group at 100 yards. I don't know what CBTO or COAL was since I don't load that way, but the 80s will shoot if you do your homework and get it right.

I shoot 68's, 70's 90's 95' 105's and 107's out of an 8 twist....from 200 to 600yds very accurate with all bullets. The only bullet that is seated 10-20thou off the lands are the heavy ones all others a mag length.
