6BR load data using 110smk?

Does anyone have any 6BR load data using 110smk?

The 110 is really pushing the br to it's limits.

I never tried a BR but in the BR Imp. about the same loads I used with a 105 with H 4895. and with a H4350 I could get them going 2920 with 34+ gr. and a long drop tube, Your Br will a little less. The 110 SMK will not shoot good in a less than 7 twist barrel, but the 110 A tip will work in a 7 and a 7.75 barrel.... Both shot in the zero's at 100yds with low ES.... jim

I have a load with 110gr SMK with 27.2grs of VHT N-140. BUT this was developed for an XP-100 specialty pistol with a 7 twist 15" PacNor Barrel. Might need slightly slower powder in a rifle. velocity from 15" barrel was around 2375 Fps. I shoot this out to 500 meters.

300-500 yard benchrest for local matches, no real distance but the winds can get tricky. My barrel is a 7.5 twist, I know the 110 is pushing it with my twist but I figured it might be worth a try. The rifle loves 107 smk's @30 grains of varget with 205m primers.

Thankya sir, the A tips might just be the way to go then. I'm using a 7.5 twist so I'm definitely on the edge of stability for 110 smk.

I run 30.0 of varget or 30.2 of N140 behind a berger 109 out of an 8 twist with great accuracy if that provides any type of correlation.

The Sierra 107's are one of the easiest bullets to tune and shoot small
quickly, in different 6's

My 7 twist I jump around between the 105 hybrid at 15 off, 110 smk just off from touching, and the 107 smk 5 off all with 30.0gr of varget. At 100 yds the groups are indestinguishable one to the other. Greater than 500 yds the 110 really start to show off in the wind.

about the same as I am seeing. all 3 about the same charge of powder.
