Hi All I'm going to buy a set of 6br headspace gauges and I wonder if anyone can recommend any of them. I know i need to get them both from the same company. It seems some of the charts i've looked at list 6br Rem and I want the norma. I will call some suppliers tomorrow but if anyone here can give me any advice on this I'd appreciate it. I did a search before posting but didnt turn up much. Thanks

I've bought a few headspace gauges ( go, no go) from Pacific Tool, approx. $27 each. They keep them in stock, so I had no wait.

NapSac9,

The headspace gages for the 6mmBR Remington and 6mmBR Norma should be completely interchangeable. The difference in these two has to do with throating and twist; the Rem was intended to be used with 68-70 grain BR bullets, while the Norma's throat was lengthened to handle the 105s used in Long Range competitions. The base to datum line distance, however, should be identical.

Thanks FDshuster and Kevin These two answers provided me with all I wanted to know. I did talk with you at the Lapua booth at the NRA show Kevin. I should have stuck around longer to learn more, thats for sure.
