Several options but 8208, varget, 4895 and n140 all work well with 87-95 class bullets.

Start at 29g H4895 - it may be your finish load too, but I have shot 30g.

I am pushing the 90 TGK at 2,885 with 31.6 Varget and Peterson cases. 24" tube, and seated at 2.396", for 30 jump.

That's an undoable load at shorter seating lengths. Extremely accurate to 400y, from a Shilen Ratchet 8. Extremely.

Sounds way slow but they don't give speed awards. I'd expect around 3100fps from that load or maybe a touch over that...iirc. You're making me second guess myself but I'm positive 31.0 was above 3000 for me and thinking right at 3100. @Shooter13 What were you getting with 90 bergers and lapua brass? You shoulda kept that rifle! Lol!

Exactly, no turn! Pretty hard jam too. CCI 450s 26-27" barrel

What length barrel, for those speeds?

You sound like me, about the "speed award", lol! 31.8 gave me occasional ejector prints, and a few craters, and flatter primers than I care for.

If it weren't for Varget's temp stability, I'd back down more, but I'm also weighing at
0.02 gr resolution.

The only thing, for me, about the "speed award", is that this is a deer load, and more speed is a very good thing. I just don't think think the kid's 24" 6BR is "supposed" to look like the .243.

Even so. Remarkable little round.
