60grn Sierra hp 6mm PPC

I'm interested in trying the 60hp Sierra in my 6ppc. Is anyone running these for varmints or fun paper punching? I've found where a few people talk about how accurate they are in various calibers. I'm having a difficult time finding anything using the search function. I'm guessing N133 would be a great start.

Matt
I shoot them in my 6BR 14 twist for GH hunting. 33.3 gr of 8208.

I would think they would make for a very anemic load if you want to use N133. With 68 grain bullets I had to use a 6" drop tube and trickle it in very slow to get enough in for this heavier bullets. I was getting 3450 fps and shooting .1's when I did my part.

If you want to go that light, I think N-130 or LT-30 would be a much better choice. But N-133 likes pressure to burn consistent. I don't think you can get enough in for consistent results with N-133?

I'll find out. I'm just in it for the fun. I like to tinker and reload. I'm not ready to commit to buying a batch of custom bullets for just punching paper whenever I have time to go to the range. But, you have a good point. I might grab a pound of N130 next time I'm in a store. For whatever reason, my gun seems to have a hit and miss relationship with fgmm primers piercing randomly. The BR4s are doing better.
