600 + yard ranges, where?

Hi everyone, flexible here. Fairly new to long range shooting and the range I go to (Cherry Ridge NJ) is 300 at the longest.
I know Cumberland Rifle in Milliville NJ has 600 but it's over 2 hours from me. I live in Bergen County NJ.
Are there any 600 or longer ranges in PA or lower NY state that are a little closer?

Mifflin County sportsman's club in pa is a 1000 yard range. Lots of members from NJ make the drive to shoot 1000 yards.

Or you could move out of the crowded, congested east and move west where we can shoot to as far as you can see. No range commands, no idiots with their AR's and AK's spewing brass all over you, no people period to interfere with your sight picture or ask stupid questions.



Just a bit of levity here. I feel for you guys stuck in the east with too many people and not enough land to enjoy what we all love, and liberal rules to make it even harder to enjoy.

Thanks for the Mifflin advice and sadly the comments on NJ are all too real, plus add in a hostile, extreme left wing state government.

I'd be very interested to see if anyone has any other suggestions on this thread, I am in NEPA and I don't know anywhere local to me I can shoot beyond 100 yards....

Not as nice as what you have, but I just extended my range to 600 yds. It is on my woodlot so not open like you have, but it is mine, so no lines, no other people, always open and uncrowded. It is in Maine, so winter shooting is a challenge, but I'll take it.

We have a theory in New Jersey that they never do any road repairs, they send out secret Ninja crews at night to just move the barricades around and make it look they did something! they still collect all the money though!
