come on fellas. This could be fun. Everyone likes looking at cool toys. Here is my 6.5 creedmoor. Its a true hammer!!!! I think i need to get another barrel for it, maybe a 1.250 8.5 twist 6br?? I can use the Creedmoor for windydays, and the BR for still summer days. Enjoy Lee

Where did you get that recoil pad for your Shehane stock?
I have a new ST 1000 that i want to use a soft pad on not the aluminum one for my daughter.

Thanks Skeetlee , very nice looking rig. I'm waiting on a Baer MBR stock inletted for my Remington model 700 chambered in 6mmbr. Not sure if 6mmbr is enough for 600 yards but gonna try it. The Baer MBR looks almost like the Shehane. The stock is ready except for the installation of the recoil pad. I know I don't need a recoil pad for the 6mmbr , but may someday go with a larger caliber , therefore the recoil pad.

6BR is very good for 600yds. Here is my rig I can use on a bench or F-Class open. 6mmbr, My homemade stock holding a Savage target action.

I finally got my stock finished . It's a Baer MBR laminate. I finished it with 6 coats of hand rubbed linseed oil . Note the missing bolt , it's on the other side of the country at Gre-Tan's having the firing pin hole bushed ,and the pin ground to fit both in length and od.

Trued Remington model 700 , Krieger HV barrel 26" , 269 neck , .104 free bore. Leupold 45 competition 1/8 min dot. Jewell trigger set at 2 oz.

Hey nice rifles guys alittle bit about 600yd game that has absorbed me . First just about every record that has been set was set with a 6mmbr . I shoot a 6.5 x250 ackley you can see my rifles at my web site if your interested . www.therifler.com click on Championship page they are the two bottom guns . I shoot light and heavy gun . The thing I like about 600yd is you shoot 4 targets and we don't chase you home if you shoot a bad relay . You get 5shots for record at each target plus sighters most of the fellas like that they come to shoot .you get 6 minutes for sighting in on the first target you get 10 minutes to shoot record target . you can shoot your rifle light with a break and heavy without the break in IBS . PM me if I can be of any more help to anyone .
