6 super Lr

Looking to get a reamer made for the 6 super Lr and wanting to shoot 103 to 105 grain bullets, should I get the .120 freebore length or get something shorter.

Which bullet? Some need .099 and some can use .150. Id order one with .090 and get your gunsmith to throat it to whichever bullet you want at the time

Dusty I'm looking at shooting Vapor Trails, and up to a 105 berger target.

I had two reamers made from JGS . One was done with 0.095 for 95grn VLD's and 95grn SMK'S.
The other was done for the 108 berger.
With a 0.115 and let's me shoot heavier with out worrying about touching the donut in the neck

Thank you, that's some information that I was looking for, I'm going to go in the middle and have one ground with .108 freebore

I had a 6SLR made 2 years ago. I forget what the FB was, but called PTG and told them I wanted to shoot Berger 105 VLDs. What ever they made was perfect.
