What is your favorite bullet seating depth for your PPC? Touching lands, .010"off, .020" off, or more?

I usually find something between .005 and .015. Off jam. Don't like to go further out than that. So far I haven't had a barrel that didn't fit in the above somewhere.

Don't get into the idea one depth will work for all. That has not been my experience.
I have found the above range of depths seem to repeat. This is with cut rifled barrels but never the exact same depth for each barrel

The very best shooting 6 PPC I have ever owned liked the 60g-8S, (.070 meplat) jammed .030 Hard Seat,.002 Neck size, zero freebore chamber, 13 twist Hart, too bad I HATE shooting registered matches.

Your tests are all in the low node for 133. Whether 133 or LT32 I try to find a seating depth that works over a wider band of powder weight. Same test design you are doing. But for 133 I test in the higher node and a wider band at each depth 28.8, 29.5, 30.1.
Most of the time it will jump out at you. It wouldn't be surprising for .012" off to be the depth for that bullet I've shot a fair amount of them.
This lower powder charge test shows each group of the .012" depth steadily climbing up the target forming higher and higher. The 28.8 load is the beginning of the next node by looking at where it forms on the target slightly higher than the other two. You want a window where as much as possible the three groups form on the target at the same line horizontally.

I would give Barts 68bt a try
Also I would try some LT32 same type of testing LT is about a grain faster with the high load at the 29.1 to 29.5 area

I am pleased with it's 'holding zero', glass acutance/brightness and the precise side parallax adjustment.
The fine crosshairs will remain a challenge till my cataract surgery is done.
Have not had the opportunity to compare to other BR scopes, yet.
As you may know, there is very little posted data (comments or opinions) about the XR 46X so, I
called Weaver and spoke to a friendly & informative Tec. about the 'box test' and 'reticle holding zero'.
He gave me the box test parameters/numbers etc. and I was assured this was a quality BR scope.
Interesting note, he said Weaver has not published any data reports because the 'legalese' specific wording has not been settled on for publication.
I would recommend this scope.

Lots of folks bought em and i think yours is the only one weaver didnt have to buy back. I was glad to see em make em and sad to see em go so fast

There is a lb. of LT32 on its way and I will get some of Bart's boat tails.
Will be joining the NBRSA and getting together with the Thursday Ben Avery BR club shooters.
FYI Raised in Greenville, SC, lived in 10 yrs Asheville....paper mill still up an running?

It's still running. I live about 5 miles down the road. The construction company I work for performs overflow maintenance there. International Paper sold it to smaller company Evergreen packaging it is a small percentage employee owned at this point.Lightheart said:

Tim do you realize the ultra is the winningest record setting bullet in history of 100-300br? Its still the most popular bullet by far. Next time you talk to a reseller like ron hoehn see what his observations are- i imagine hes the biggest reseller and he restocks ultras 3:1 or more than bt. Could be hes shooting up his supply tho cause thats what he prefers!

I use the bt as well i just didnt want him to think hes losing something with the ultra.
