6 mm on the 6.5 x 47 lapua

how does this stack up against the dasher?
any one have a case diagram of the 6 mm on the 6.5 lupua they can show me?

They are both fantastic cartridges. Use the dasher for single-shot applications where accuracy is everything. Use the 6x47L for an extremely accurate repeater.

I'm waiting for an action to come in. I'm building a 6x47 to use as a tactical match gun and varmint benchrest. I was original thinking a dasher, but your going to lose brass in the tactical matches and the dasher can be fussy in a repeater. Some of guys I know show that it runs close to the dasher.

Are you planning on running this as a repeater or single shot? I'm also guessing you are considering this for a LR groundhog round? If so I've ran a few dashers as a groundhog round and can give you some tips that I would have loved to have had prior to building one. I've also got a buddy that runs a 6-6.5 Lapua Improved that I can also give you some insight on.

That is twice as big as a Dasher can shoot, and the dasher can repeat that. That is the difference a 6x47 as issues on repeating small groups….. jim

maybe that 6.5x47l case should go 7mm instead of 6...[size=10pt]? [/size]could be better,plenty enough case...
