6 mm on the 6.5 x 47 lapua case

is any one trying to get the to make a 6 mm on the 6.5 x 47 lapua case ?
I see that you got a dasher from norma.so a 6 mm on the 6.5 case would sell in a big way I would say .

Gary. When the 6.5x47 Lapua cartridge was introduced in 06, people started necking it up and down right away. That being said, you might as well say the cartridge that most of us know as the 6x47L was born that same year. It's correct designation is 6-6.5x47L. My 30x46 cartridge that I shoot only at 2&300 yards is based on a necked up 6.5x47 case to .308.

It is a good cartridge. you can get 3050-3150fps with around 38-39 grains of powder. The barrel life is not great, 1500-1700, maybe less depending on your loading. The throat does move, so be aware. One great thing about is the brass. Lapua, easy to make, doesn't grow and the primer pocket stay tight even into 20+ reloads.

I really like my 6x47L, 29" Kreiger 1:75tw, on a Savage PTA, it really shoots those heavier bullets well, with great brass.
