6 mm on the 6.5/47 mm case

any one using this for 1000 yd shooting in the light class?thinking of putting one together for shooting .any information you have please let me know one way or the other.

The last 3 rifles, that I chambered in this cartridge, are doing very well at 1000 Yds.

Ditto - I've had excellent results at 1000yds with three different 6x47s. Based on past experience, if I were going to build another 6x47 Lapua for 1000yd. shooting, I'd probably go with a .237" bore blank with 1-7.8tw for DTAC 115s. OTOH, some of the best groups I've shot at 1000 were with a .237"/1-8. The slightly faster 7.8tw. is just cheap insurance when it comes to stabilizing the 115s.
