with 105 hybrid 33.0 gn Varget 26" barrel what kind of speed can I look for

2900-3000. It varies depending on the individual barrel and free bore and lot of Varget. Only a chronograph will tell you in the end. Depending on the lot of Varget and the other dimension you might not even get to 33gr. I had one that wouldn’t. And then some can go quite a bit more.

start off at 31.0g and work up

I’m at 3005fps..237 bore 26 inch benchmark..135 freebore 33 gr Varget with 450’s and Varget.Started at 32 grains and went up to 33.2.32 grains was around 2900 fps

I'm at 32.0 Varget 105 Hybrid 27" barrel 2942 fps.

33gr could be a pretty hot load IMO, depending on your lot of Varget.
