6 Dasher Lapua Delay

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but apparently Lapua's 6 Dasher brass is getting delayed to next year. They're saying fall/winter of 2026 (his wording was odd, not sure if we're talking a few more months or an entire year).

Anyone have a brass recommendation for me in the interim? Is alpha the go to or is Peterson worth considering?

With formed Lapua my 6 Dasher was getting a s.d. of 1.4 for five shots the Peterson I tried was 12 to 14. I've always wondered if the difference was more to do with case volume or neck tension and or the necessity to anneal as the brass gets used.I really did like the quality of the Petersen brass I tried and I like the idea of Alpha and Petersen Dasher brass being available and American made but for 600 yard IBS I really need to remove all my doubts if possible. Perhaps im over thinking this as my ability to get 3 and 4 into great groups is often spoiled by my crappy wind reading. I look forward to Lapua Dasher brass in the future and will keep forming Lapua 6br brass into Dasher and trying to shoot better as time goes on. Finished rambling, I put a picture of my latest 600 yard heartbreaker for reference and to prove how crappy wind and my ability to notice it can be.

Been using Lapua for years for my Dasher. Tried Alpha and Peterson, my chambers were a bit too tight in the neck for them and I had to turn them down. Their case capacity was less than Lapua and had to reduce my loads. All in all, if it’s not broke don’t fix it, Lapua just works best IMO.
