Located in the Houston, Texas area. 28" Bartlein barrel 1x8 twist, less than 700 rounds, Bix n Andy two stage trigger, Shehane tracker stock, Stiller P1000 dual port receiver, built by Penrod. I have not shot this rifle, but the previous owner says it shoots sub half moa. $2,250 $2500 plus shipping. OBO
Took the rifle, put a scope on it and shot it with some loads I had for my Eliseo rifle. It shot quite well and I attached a photo.

The barrel is .900 at the muzzle and 1.25 at the receiver. The stock bag ride area is 3". The group pictured was shot off my SEB and shot free recoil. Here are a couple of more pictures>
