6 Dasher Brass

Has anyone ever talked to Lapua about making 6 Dasher Brass. It seems like a very popular case and I am sure they could sell a bunch of it. It took some convincing but they finally started making the 260 Brass. How many of you would be innterested in factory made Lapua 6 Dasher Brass?

Definitely won't happen, especially since the Dasher has a 40 degree shoulder angle and the waste factor is so great to make 40 degree shoulder angle brass that almost no one makes 40 degree shoulder angle brass for cartridges. There is also too small a demand and too small a market for Dasher brass and Lapua already has the brass market for the Dasher brass pretty much to themselves already because their 6BR brass is used almost exclusively by shooters to make Dasher brass.

Factory Lapua 6 Dasher brass would be great! I'd buy it!

I'd buy it, same time and $$$.

Heard a few years back they might make BRX brass, but haven't seen that yet.

I'd buy some immediately, would save me many, many hours of brass prep and fireforming. But that's why we came to Dasher land in the first place, nothing like a good wildcat to make you smile.

The Dasher is a very good round but there are other winning 6br improved cases out there like the 6BRX and others, I get to know each piece of my brass when I produce it from the factory piece of 6br brass, I run the brx, nothing against the dasher just worked out that way, but after trying every way and everything in print on F.F and making up brass for the brx I have even modified it even further for my own use as I am sure many of you have, I believe I have it down pat now but who knows I may change process again if I find or reinvent the wheel again, I don't think I would buy brx brass if it was available unless it was for a no turn varmint pack around rifle, I only have 150 pieces of brass dies and one barrel left for a dasher and may or may not sell it as I am into the brx for now but for me I will continue F.F my 6br improved cases no matter which one I use, just my personal thoughts on the subject. I guess I still enjoy the thought of having to do it all, it can't be bought at the local store and if you want it you have to produce it from the ground up so to speak
