6 Dasher 1:14 Twist for 75gr vmax loads

Hey guys

i have always hunted varmints with a 6 AI but a buddy of mine wants to build a 6 dasher on a 14 twist. I am curious what speeds you dasher guys are getting with a slow twist 75 gr build. I am worried that it can't push the 75 fast enough to stabilize it in a 14 - probably needs a 13 twist

I would definitely go faster than a 14". I bumped and old 6br 14 out to dasher and the Nosler 70 BT was about as heavy as I could go.

I'm with JRM on this, I would go faster than a 14t. I'm running a 12t dasher and 70gr NBT at 3685-3700 with a full case of varget. I tried N135 like many others do with the dasher and varmint bullets but I go pressure signs before I got up to speed.

87 vmax 33.9gr varget in an 8 twist here, and 55 noslers with 35gr benchmark. Your buddy will need a 12 twist or faster I think.
