6 BRA neck tension recommendations?

Fairly new to benchrest and 6 BRA. I have a .267 necked chamber, Lapua brass w/necks turned to .010. Anneal every firing w/AMP annealer. Use neolube in the necks and typically see about 19lbs of seating force. Seeing more horizontal with no conditions than I feel I should. Or maybe I’m just not looking at the group’s properly.

Recommendations/advice?

I would try around a .259 above and below. Sell the amp, and neolube....or that's what I would do anyways.

Here's a ladder at my new 1,051 ysrd spot in a 4 picking up to 5 moa wind this morning. I run a 260 bushing on a 268 neck reamer with .107-8 neckwalls. Loaded rounds are .265 plus a little depending what bullets.

It was a lovely morning for tuning!

Thanks for the input. I’ll take all the advice and help I can get. Nice looking test by the way

Agree with the neck tension recommendations but would also switch primer to the BR4, 400 or 450.

I don't shoot distance but I would evaluate at 100 yds. Too many variables at 600 yrds. Especially difficult if your a beginner at BR shooting. Bench set up, rifle quality, wind, personal skills ect. If it shoots small at 100 it should shoot decent groups at 600?

From what I’ve experienced, it tends to pick one the majority of the time and will rarely have two, when running from 1-5K tension.
Thought POI from the 1K to the other groups was interesting..
This was from a wheeler .268 chambered BRA and Lapua brass, shot at Hawks Ridge.

If you don’t mind, What neck tension do you use to find your seating depth before you try different neck tensions?
