Long evenings with my head opened and knowledge getting poured in.ES and SD look good, That’s a good node your in what’s on the attachment.
How many rounds down the barrel?
What brass are you using? How many firings?
Reamer specs?
What primers?
Tuner, no tuner?
Anneal?
Large temp swings?
What is your jump?
Do you sort, trim and point bullets? At least sort by OAL?
Seating depth all the same?
Seating pressure consistent?
Do you trim brass, and are they all the same?
Neck wall thickness all the same?
Accurate charge weights?
Primer depth all consistent?
A lot of small things matter, all influence accuracy.
I have a routine finally that works well on my 6’s.
Very anal about brass prep, check throat erosion regularly. I have about .009 thou window on my seating depth, in that range or window I’m golden.
All my BRA’s that I have built tune easy, it’s definitely the easy button.
Just stay consistent in all aspects of reloading when you find a routine that works.
@rabradshaw has a gun that was built in my shop, he can testify. He spent many long evenings in my shop..
I love my Borden 6BRA. Best shooting gun I own.
