6.5x55 GWI Drawing

I'm looking for a 6.5x55 GWI drawing so can You help me ?

What's the main differences from the 6.5x55 swedish mauser ?

You might check with Kelbly's. I believe the George Wilson Improved (GWI) was the version of the improved 6.5x55 made by the gentleman who worked there.

JRS is right on one count, the gentleman that designed the cartridge is indeed an employee at Kelbly's and his name is Greg Walley. A top notch gunsmith, machinist and an all around good guy to boot. I shoot a GWI, but Greg is much more qualified to offer information than I.

In the interest of safety, you would be better served to talk to Greg directly and tell him what equipment you have and what you plan to do with the cartridge. I will tell you that it consistantly shoots inside my 6.5x284 and with less tuning issues.
