#1 it's not a 100gr but 105gr scenar ;)

One error I see is that the 6.5X47 is give a longer barrel to work with. Hardly apples to apples.
 
It's apples to apples. The barrels aren't that far off. How much velocity do you think you gain with 2-3" once the barrel gets over 24"? In a small caliber, most of the powder is burnt in 24-26". It is different with a magnum. I get about 60 fps more in my 31" 6.5-284 over a 28" bbl. Not enough to matter much.

I disagree. There are significant velocity differences between slow,H1000) and medium,H4350) velocity powders in for the same cartridge when adding 3 - 4 inches of barrel.
 
There is less than a 3" difference in barrel length in the chart. How much velocity do you think you are losing in less than 3"?
