6.5x284 neck turning question

First, for a 6.5x284 with a .290 neck, is .012 the correct or recommended neck wall thickness,using Lapua brass)? If so, can the brass be turned down to this with two cuts with K&M neck turners? If not how many cuts would you use? TIA

My 6.5-284 has a .290" neck also.
I cut them in one pass.
