6.5x284 H1000?

Does anyone load their 6.5x284 with H1000 and what are you dropping? What accuracy and FPS? My Savage 116 LRH has a 26" bbl. and I want to develop a load with this slow burning powder that will enable the powder to burn fully in my 26" bbl. Thanks for any help extended. MTG

I shot H1000 in my 6.5x284 with 140g bullets. It shot really well for me with good velocity and ES. My target load was 54.5g with the 140s and my hunting load was 56g. I just started with pressure signs, but shot really well.

When I build another 6.5x284 it will shoot H1000.

Wish I could find some 6/284 shooters to ask about loading data, I think this cartridge is as good as they get for a long range cartridge. First 5 shots out of my un-tuned rifle generated a strawberry haze on a PD at 500 yds, I'm happy, this was with 4831, no RLs or H powder, 65gr Vtip, maybe I'm in the wrong forum!
