6.5 x47 lapua for grondhogs

how fast for a 28 inch hv barrel can a 107 grain smk bullet go?thinking of using it for shooting hogs out to 650 or so yards.also may shoot it in the 500 yard groundhog shoots in pa.
have a shilen action and 2 once trigger for it.

95gn V-Max works great on varmints. I would suspect the new 120gn A-Max will work well too -- I use 75gn A-max,22cal) on critters and it does the same thing a V-Max does.
