6.5 x 47L AI

I'm sure I'm not the first but I haven't seen any data so far. At present, the barrel is in the works, I'm using a Remington 700 short action and the reloading dies are being made. I should have a 6.5 x 47 Lapua Ackley Improved in the next 60 days. I guess I can't leave well enough alone. The simple fact is I've always wanted something custom and I've enjoyed the 6mm AI I built last fall.

If anyone has any information regarding loads or, any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. From what I've seen and read the end result should give me a slight edge over the 260.

I try ed a 6+47and i never got it to shoot real well. The hotter the primer the better it shot.I believe the primer hole is not big enough. Other will give you their thoughts I'm sure. The nice part about a 260 is no fire forming and special dies are needed Good Shooting LARRY

I am finding this in our wonderful NE weather. Remington 7 1/2's our your friend!
