6.5 saum from Rem 7mm saum how to do it?

I size my 7mm SAUM Norma and Remington brass down to 6.5 in one step, never seen a need to do it more than once..

Not the same calibers, but I sized Lapua 30-06 brass to 270 in a FL die, then to 25-06 in a FL die. I was previously trying to neck it down with bushing dies. Complete PITA! A couple days ago I attempted to neck once fired RP 30-06 to 270. That resulted in collapsing the shoulder. So I annealed the next case neck, only to end up with the same result, a collapsed shoulder. I use Imperial wax for case lubricant.
