For what it's worth, I am very happy with the load I worked up for 130gn Hybrid tactical match.
Hornady brass shot once
Pocket floor and edges uniformed with LE Wilson, Flash hole uniformed
Neck size reduced to 0.288 with Redding ultra neck sizing die with bushing before expanding.
Necks expanded then turned with Sinclair turner and expander die to 0.013 wall, and mouth of case beveled.
Primer CCI BR2 (I use this for 308Win also)
Powder Varget 36.6 +/-0.03 with GemPro 250 scale, this is a good node for my 24" Krieger 1to8 on CZ550 varminter.
Redding Ultra Seater die to jump 0.018, using Hornady (stony point) Base to Ogive comparator.
Average Muzzle Velocity 2715fps at 80F ambient, SD of 9fps using MagnetoSpeed chronograph.

On a good day, I get 0.4" groups at 100 yards out of this light varmint rig, and 1/2MOA at 500. Reading the wind, mirage, alignment etc. play a big part in my group size. I may shoot a few more ladders to find another node when the temperatures drop here.
