My advice. Never ever use brass fired in a different chamber.
Well ALL my brass is from my range bin, once fired and preferably gathered in lots then checked in chambers....but it's all from bolt loaders not them brass wrecking autos. My advice. Never ever use brass fired in a different chamber.
I glad it works for you. I've just had to many conversations with customers with issues. My very first question is" are you using brass fired in another chamber?" It works when the same smith and reamer are used.Well ALL my brass is from my range bin, once fired and preferably gathered in lots then checked in chambers....but it's all from bolt loaders not them brass wrecking autos.
Never had an issue.
YMMV
Nope No more than I shoot I have a 10 year supply.Ever
Ever reload 9mm ?
I would venture to say, that the brass you bought was fired in a semi-auto rifle and it need two things to fit your chamber, even if you FL sized it in your standard die.I recently purchased some once fired Norma brass in 6.5 Creedmoor. I figured that I would just resize them and load them for the field. After resizing to the full extent of the resizing die, the brass will still not fit at all into the rifle.
So what is going on here?
Do they make a small base resizing die to take care of this issue.
I have new brass that fits easily.
Somehow I need to get these brass down to where they fit.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Thanks!!
