i cant find the post either. a problem you will run into is the very base of the case. there will be .050 or so that does not get sized if you use standard 6.5x47 lupua dies. when i build a wildcat like that i first create the piece of brass and then set my headspace with it. i also use the barrel stub to make a headspace gauge so i know exactly what is going on. you will have to come up with a way to size the base of the case eventually. like i said, it made BETTER velocity then than it does now as a .260AI. if i could go back i definitely would. i wish i still had the reamer and i would set this barrel back and rechamber it again to the long 6.5x47. try snipershide.com. it may be easier to find my post there.

i dont know if either post mentions it but i made three consecutive hits at 1550yds with the rifle on my steel ipsc target? at that range, the 123 scenar seemed like it was shooting 20ft flatter than the 123 a-max.
