6.5-300 WSM starting loads?

I have a Rem 700 action, Lilja 26 in. 3 groove barrel. Chamber set up for 140 bergers, no turn neck. Any help with some start up loads?

I use a 6.5x300wsm,i hope this will help.i use 54gr.IMr 7828.this lode gives me @ 2950 with 140MK I would start 5 or 10 % below and ease up. jsfs
