6.5 284 savage

i have 6.5 .284 savage fclass i prob have shot close to 700 rds with same seating dept now i have changed to 139 lapuas and am re checking depth it seems to be off c.o.a.l is about3.195 is this normal measurement or is my barrel burned out any help will be appreciated

Yes. It is normal when you change bullets to have differing COALs.

This can even happen within different lots of the same bullet. It apparently happens even within the same box of bullets depending on their quality.

Had this happen in one of mine. same gun as you and berger's were a little different from lot to lot. my advice go buy 2 500bullet packs of the same lot and when those are gone rebarrel.
