That's what I use. 3.190"oal, touching lands at 2.434" cbto, but that's with 140 HVLD Berger. Misplaced notes on the the 143s, but I do remember the early lot #s required a lot of sorting, to group well.Is this on a long or short action?
I've always, generally, stuck to having right around the bullets diameter seated in the neck so if you are using a long action you'll want an OAL of right around 3.190. If your building this on a short action it'll be considerably less if you plan to use it as a repeater, if you are ok single feeding then you can get away with using a longer OAL. Also, you want to give yourself a little room to chase the lands as the throat wears.
