Whats the difference between a fullbore and a regular hornady 160 grain round nose as used in a swede mauser?

Maybe something along the lines of Lapua's (now discontinued) rebated BT 6.5mm. I believe they were 144g. Depending on the length of the bearing surface and weight, you may not need an ultra-fast twist rate.
