6.5-06 Powder Choice

For you 6.5-06 guys, what powder gives you your lowest es and sd? Along those same lines, what brass does the same?
I'm using H4831sc right now. Win 270 brass and annealed Remington 30-06 brass. The Remington seems to give me better numbers but every now and then I will get one that's 20 or more fps off. This is with 147 Hornady'.

With remchester brass, I cull the fliers and outliers. You'll end up with a batch of brass thats all good after a few range trips.

Turpentine,

N-560 or Norma MRP. Sort brass by weight, neck turn and uniform flash holes.

Thank you both. I'm not looking for blazing speed. I'm just looking for the most consistent rounds I can make. For the most part H4831sc is very consistent but I keep getting an outlier occasionally. This may be due to brass. I do weigh and check my brass though.
