55gr Frangible with A2230 in 223rem

I bought some frangible bullets today - 55gr for a 233rem bolt.

I have some limited load data from the Lee book, and I have several of those powders; but I'd like to use a2230. Does anyone have published load data for a 55gr frangible with a2230 in a 223rem? Most of my books have no frangible bullet data.

If not, I can just use one of the Lee powders that I have on hand.

Care should be used if running frangible bullets that don't have a partial jacket. I've read of LE agencies trashing barrels in shoot house training due to the frangible particles breaking away and damaging the bores when follow up rounds are fired.

I don't even like firing frangible in my handguns very much because I worry about barrel damage. The Federal XM NT rounds run the partial jackets to keep the bullets intact until they hit the target.

I'm not sure what the upside of running frangible would be in a bolt gun .223. We don't even shoot at steel closer than 100 yards with that type of rifle.
