Looking for any input and or knowledge on reloading the 5.7x28 in a blowback AR platform. Looking at twelve inch barrel shooting suppressed on ocations. Want to get set up for this round but not much info to be had. I have been reloading over thirty five years. But not constantly.

I reload successfully for this round. I use the 40gr VMax. Small Rifle Primer. 5.2gr of True Blue. The first reload usually does not strip the lacquer, but subsequent reloadings do strip the lacquer, so they are only good for one reload IMHO.
Each case is trimmed back to trim to length in Lyman's 49th edition, and seated to factory specs. I shoot mine in the pistol, so I pull the barrel and make sure each one chambers nicely, some stick real bad, and I cull those out. Best dies I have found are RCBS. I have an extra set of Hornday's that are new if you would like them. Hope this helps.
