5.5mm Berdan primers ?

I've loaded M-N's for years , and there hasn't been any Berdan primers available here in the states for five years or more , that I know of .They are just to difficult to work with , for the average reloader . And converting Berdan cases to Boxer primers can be dangerous . Though some do it .

Dumb question, how do you deprime berdan primers?
Look on YouTube.
I guess it’s nice to know but to me it’s like learning to be an expert Citroen mechanic in the USA.
In other words ask yourself what you’re doing! LOL

Good! Now forget trying to reload the berdan brass you have. It’s a waste of effort and the “solutions” you can find on YouTube can be dangerous. PPU sells loaded cartridges in the oddball European cartridges you might be using and it’s Boxer primed. Easy to reload!
